Ultimate Aromatherapy Sleep Ritual
-12 Steps to Serenity-
1. Stretch your body open. Reach hands to sky and ground. Stand, clasp hands behind your back and open chest. Release, circle shoulders back.
2. Place Serenity diffuser next to bed, flip bamboo sticks occasionally.
3. Place stopper in tub to save water, then shower quickly using Serenity Soap.
4. Add Serenity Bath Salts to tub, fill rest of tub with warm to hot water.
5. Dim bath lights, burning Serenity Candles.
6. Listen to relaxing cd of water sounds, ancient chants or classical music.
7. Fold warm washcloth into thirds, place over forehead and eyes.
8. Practice deep breathing exercises: inhale deeply into the belly. Silently count one thousand and one to one thousand and five. Exhale fully, sounding out a long haaaa. Repeat.
9. Rinse off, dry with Anna Sova organic towels, apply Serenity Body Lotion

11. Place Serenity Spray on pulse points, wrists, behind the knee, massage into temples.
